Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of CFI Vacuum, located at 3004 Sandy Bluff Pl, Richmond, VA 23233, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CFI Vacuum provides:

  • Vacuum cleaner repair and maintenance
  • Vacuum cleaner sales
  • Parts replacement and installation
  • Diagnostic services
  • Emergency repair services

3. Estimates and Pricing

  • Estimates are provided by appointment — call to arrange one — and are valid for 30 days.
  • If the actual cost of a repair will exceed the estimate by more than $25, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice for future services.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
  • Returned checks are subject to applicable fees.

5. Warranties

  • All repair work carries a 90-day warranty covering the specific repair performed.
  • New parts follow manufacturer specifications and warranties.
  • Used or refurbished parts carry a 30-day warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, or normal wear unrelated to the repair performed.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your equipment and the issue experienced.
  • Remove personal items from equipment before service.
  • Follow recommended maintenance procedures after service.

7. Limitation of Liability

CFI Vacuum's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

8. Abandoned Equipment

Equipment left unclaimed for more than 90 days after completion of service may be disposed of or sold to recover service costs.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Richmond, Virginia, under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
