1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of CFI Vacuum, located at 3004 Sandy Bluff Pl, Richmond, VA 23233, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Services Provided

CFI Vacuum provides professional vacuum repair services, vacuum sales, and related services in Richmond, VA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Vacuum cleaner repair and maintenance
• Vacuum cleaner sales (Sebo, Sanitaire, Cirrus, and other brands)
• Parts replacement and installation
• Diagnostic services
• Emergency repair services

3. Service Terms and Conditions

3.1 Estimates and Pricing

All repair estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on actual repair requirements discovered during service. Customers will be contacted for approval before any work exceeding the original estimate by more than $25.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply to returned checks.

3.3 Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery services are available for an additional fee. Items left for repair for more than 90 days may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.

4. Warranties

4.1 Service Warranty

We warrant our repair services for 90 days from the date of completion. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to other components or issues not addressed during the original service.

4.2 Parts Warranty

New parts are warranted according to manufacturer specifications. Used or refurbished parts carry a 30-day warranty from date of installation.

4.3 Product Sales

New vacuum cleaners sold carry full manufacturer warranties. CFI Vacuum will assist with warranty claims but is not responsible for manufacturer warranty terms or coverage.

5. Limitation of Liability

CFI Vacuum's liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the specific item serviced.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about the vacuum's condition and history
• Removing personal items from vacuum cleaners before service
• Prompt payment for services rendered
• Following proper maintenance procedures as recommended

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Richmond, VA, in accordance with Virginia state law. Both parties agree to attempt good faith resolution before pursuing formal dispute resolution.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

9. Modifications to Terms

CFI Vacuum reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
